Cookies
A ‘cookie’ is a small piece of information (token) sent by a web server and stored on a user’s system (hard drive) so it can later be read back from that system. In order for the search and portfolio facilities to work properly on this site, City Life’s web server must be able to write a cookie to your browser to remember certain things about your search criteria and list status.
You can choose not to accept cookies and still use the City Life Group site. However, you will be unable to use the cookie-dependent features, therefore please ensure that your browser's preferences are set to accept cookies.
Navigating The Site
Sections
Located on the left side of every page, the navigation bar gives you access to all the main sections on our site. Within each section, sub-sections may be available and are accessible through a series of hyperlinks that will be situated just below the top banner once you have accessed the section.
Displaying Property Details
There are 3 ways you can display property details using the site:
Sales List / Lettings List – By clicking these hyperlinks on the left hand navigation bar it will display ALL the properties wehave available in each relevant section.
Quick Search – This search is also situated in the left hand navigation bar and you have the option to choose a ‘maximum price’ for each relevant section before conducting your search.
Detailed Search – This search is available within the ‘Buying’ and ‘Letting’ sections of the site and allows you the option to enter a ‘minimum price’ for each relevant section before conducting your search.
My Portfolio
You can add and remove properties to your portfolio via the ‘Search Results’ page. Once a property has been added a ‘My Portfolio’ hyperlink will appear on the right hand side of the ‘Search Results’ page at the top and bottom.
By clicking the ‘My Portfolio’ hyperlink it will display all the properties you have selected. Once you are satisfied with your list you can click the blue ‘Submit Your Portfolio’ button and that will open a submission form. Once you have completed the form, simply click ‘Submit’ and your property requirements will be sent to us.
